Body Sulpting

Mat Pilates

Beginners learn basic pilates principles, techniques and the repertoire of floor exercises. Focus is on learning proper body mechanics, alignment and form. Exercises consist of controlled, flowing movements promoting greater strength, flexibility, and coordination. Learning to move from your core strength will enhance your current workout routine, sports activity and everyday movements. Please wear comfortable clothing. No experience required for this class.

 

LATIN DANCE

Combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the participants of any fitness level to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be “ FUN AND EASY TO DO”

CYCLING

Come take a spin on the indoor bikes in this fun class that will help you Torch up to 500 calories in an hour. A moderate to high intensity workout for people of all ages and fitness levels, set to music. Riders control their own intensity by adjusting speed and resistance load to meet their individual needs. Through heart rate training, riders will learn the benefits of endurance, interval, race pace and strength rides.

Step Interval

Challenge your mind and body with a little bit of step and tone up specific muscle groups using light and heavy weights, balls, bands or bars.

Step
